Appointments
– If you are new here and confused about which appointment to make for a reading, Todd recommends you book a 15 minute phone reading to start if you have a few questions. Todd is usually very straight forward and does not do a lot of useless talking. He gets to the point.
– Todd will call you at the time of your scheduled reading. If you want your call by Skype or FaceTime please say so when you fill out the reading form. He will then send you his user name information. He can also do other video calls, just send him your request. For people in international time zones Todd does not have an international calling plan and prefers to do your reading by Skype.
– You may send any relevant photos to todd@toddsegalpsychic.com. Please refrain from sending long stories with them. Be as brief as possible.
– Please write down questions for Todd before your reading. He likes to focus on specific topics.
– We highly recommend that you read the information on the website, watch the videos, and listen to Todd’s podcast series “The Psychic Zone” to understand how his readings work.
– Todd does not convey messages from the deceased. He is a physical medium, not a spirit messenger. He does not communicate with them like picking up a phone and calling them. If there is a spirit present he will interact with them mentally and physically. He will have a conversation with them and interpret anything you want to know from them if they are a solid presence. It may not be the person you are hoping to interact with. He does some incredible mediumship readings but people often get the wrong idea watching psychics on TV and on social media.
– If you have a missing pet, you should have a sighting of that pet within one week of your appointment for the best outcome. If it is longer than that it makes finding them harder. You can keep in contact with Todd after the reading of any sightings of the pet without booking another appointment. Then he will guide you where to look from that sighting. He makes no promises that he can find your pet.
– For missing people and criminal investigations, Todd recommends a 50 minute phone/ video reading and any relevant photos sent to him. If he can do your appointment earlier he will send you an email. That goes for missing pets too.
– In- person readings are usually arranged at a public cafe nearby. If you have another request please tell Todd in your contact form, but he would have to charge for travel time outside of the Williamsburg area. Remember, in- person readings are not more accurate than phone readings.
– Please be advised that Todd does not believe in other people controlling you or harming you by psychic or telepathic means. He will not do any readings on this subject matter.
– Lastly, we urge you to read all of the information on the website and to listen to Todd’s podcasts to understand how he works. He is not like other psychic mediums and he explains this in depth. If you are unsatisfied with your reading, there are no refunds.
